Price?
Depending on your situation, price may be a deciding factor for you, but you should do some research on exactly what level of service to expect. What will the agent provide you with as standard? Are there any additional costs? And where will you need to supplement their service with your own efforts?
When you focus too much on price you’re not paying attention to what matters when you’re selling your home. You could say you only get what you pay for, as in many cases that’s true. You may be happy with the offer you accept, but is it the best you could have achieved?

On the other hand, we certainly won’t undervalue to try and tempt more buyers through the door, as this can cause unhappy clients on all sides. We don’t mind having tough conversations to give you an honest appraisal of what your property is worth in today’s market. If you can’t be honest at the beginning, then it doesn’t bode well for the rest of your relationship.
