VIEWINGS & VALUATIONS BEGIN IN CEREDIGION!

Today will be the first day we can conduct viewings on OCCUPIED properties since the lockdown.

The housing market is fully reopening in Wales 🏠

From Monday 27th July, you'll be able to view all properties - including those that are occupied.

We know this will be welcome news for many of you, thank you all for your patience as you continue to #KeepWalesSafe.

Now with face mask, gloves and hand sanitiser, whilst providing hand soap and paper towels for all viewers. The measures that must be taken have quite rightly increased significantly, but the buyers appetite for properties in Ceredigion and surrounding areas is as strong as ever.

When you come on viewings, please wear PPE.

May is a key month for sellers, but more homes are competing for attention. If you are thinking of moving this spring, here is how the current market is shaping buyer behaviour and what helps a home stand out.

For tenants, April is a useful point to pause and plan. With rents still rising across the UK and the first phase of rental reform approaching in England, this is a good time to review your budget, renewal options and next move.

Rental demand remains resilient in early 2026, but growth has moderated. For landlords, spring is less about reacting and more about refining strategy.

If you are thinking about moving in the next 6 to 12 months, a market appraisal is often the best first step. It gives you a clearer view of value, timing and buyer demand, helping you plan with more confidence in a competitive 2026 market.
