Today will be the first day we can conduct viewings on OCCUPIED properties since the lockdown.

The housing market is fully reopening in Wales 🏠

From Monday 27th July, you'll be able to view all properties - including those that are occupied.

We know this will be welcome news for many of you, thank you all for your patience as you continue to #KeepWalesSafe.

Now with face mask, gloves and hand sanitiser, whilst providing hand soap and paper towels for all viewers. The measures that must be taken have quite rightly increased significantly, but the buyers appetite for properties in Ceredigion and surrounding areas is as strong as ever.

When you come on viewings, please wear PPE.
