The home was an attractive two bedroom semi-detached situated in the Y Gorlan development within the village of Llanilar, approximately six miles south of Aberystwyth. When the owners came to us wanting to sell, we had already seen it on the market with another agent and wondered why it hadn't been snapped up already! We were surprised to hear that they had no viewings despite it being on the market for a month. The owners had found somewhere and were desperate to sell so that they could upsize. The day Mr N called us, our photographer amended her diary and went over the same day.
