The Property History

The home was an attractive two bedroom semi-detached situated in the Y Gorlan development within the village of Llanilar, approximately six miles south of Aberystwyth. It had been maintained to a very high standard and offered entrance hall, lounge, kitchen, two double bedrooms, bathroom, drive, front and rear garden with workshop thrown in!

What We Did

When the owners came to us wanting to sell, we had already seen it on the market with another agent and wondered why it hadn't been snapped up already! We were surprised to hear that they had no viewings despite it being on the market for a month. The owners had found somewhere and were desperate to sell so that they could upsize. The day Mr N called us, our photographer amended her diary and went over the same day.

As we thought, the house photographed lovely despite having two young children! A real effort was made and the property was immaculate for the photographers arrival.

The property was perfect for first time buyers and while Rhian was on her way to the property, she had already contacted her colleague in sales who was searching through our database of buyers who were looking for something like Y Gorlan.

After attending the property, we placed the property on our social media pages and it gained a range of interest.
