Following advice from the UK Government, we have now closed our high street offices to help in the combat against COVID-19. But don’t worry, our virtual door is fully open and we can be there for you working from home.
For the last 4/5 years we have led the way locally with our digital marketing, we use social media and digital marketing to our advantage, we are social on social media! With the current situation we are trying to adapt our business model to make sure we can still help you. Here at Alexanders our virtual door is OPEN, we can offer you alternatives to face to face appointments until the isolation ban has lifted.

We may not be able to come and see you but we are still able to give you an idea of how much your home is worth.
Instant Online Valuation - Find out what your home is worth in 60 seconds
Our online valuation tool can instantly give you an idea of the value of your home. Using this is the quickest and easiest way to get a rough estimate of your properties value. Although it can never be as accurate as one of our agent's estimate, it is a good place to start if you have no idea what your home is worth.
Video Valuation - Send us a video of your home.
Simply send us a walk through video of your property, you can email it over to us or send it over via WhatsApp or Facebook. Once you have sent us a walkthrough showing us each room, giving us details about anything relevant, any electrical works, roof fixtures or damp proofing you have done etc. We can come back to you with a report detailing an accurate valuation.
