Landlord? Worried about rent arrears?
It's shocking how many Aberystwyth landlords have rent arrears.
A recent study published by Denton House Research using statistics from the Government and other letting industry sources, show that landlords who don't use a letting agent to manage their property are 272.5% more likely to be two months or more in rent arrears in 2021.
