First things first, we wanted to let you know that it's 'business as usual' here at Alexanders. The only difference is WE ARE ALL WORKING FROM HOME. We are maintaining a calm and practical approach to this issue but also taking our responsibility to our staff and our customers very seriously. As a team we are following the best practice guidelines provided by the Government.
Whether you are selling, letting, buying or renting, we are doing everything we can have provided plans in place to make the process as easy and as safe as possible for everyone. We are operating a no shaking hands policy so please do not be offended!

When people are uncertain of the immediate future, they are reluctant to make decisions. Donβt worry β the buyers and renters who really need to move, will still view houses.
ππππππ ππ πππππππ β Maybe you live overseas and canβt travel right now. Or perhaps youβd rather not be around people, but you still want to view homes. Do not panic - we offer video viewings! We can do Facebook video calls, FaceTime calls or we can even send you a video of the property via Whatsapp or Email. We can virtually walk you around our homes for sale while you stay safe at home. If and when you can view it in person, you can view.
