Can houses really sell via Social Media? Taliesin Success Story,

Like with most love stories these days it all started with Instagram... Do houses really sell on social media? List with Alexanders and find out for yourself. But don't take our word for it, this is the story of a two bed cottage in Taliesin that sold in two days after the first viewing all from an Instagram story.

It all started with an Instagram story...

Summer 2022, sunshine, fresh flowers in the window and a new two bedroom cottage ready to hit the market, makes the perfect Insta story right? It definitely was in this instance.
The soon to be purchaser of this cute cottage was one of our Instagram followers and saw the property advertised on our stories before we listed it on Zoopla. No less than 20 minutes later they popped in to ask about the cottage and a viewing was booked.

Love At First Sight...

Two days after the first enquiry the purchasers viewed the property with one of our sales team and it was meant to be. The property was perfect for them, location, garden, size, the perfect first time buy. An offer was made and accepted within just a few hours, with both the purchaser and the vendor thrilled.

And They Lived Happily Ever After.

The perfect ending to this story, just seven weeks later the purchasers received the keys to their new home. A combination of wonderful conveyancing, persistent sales chasing and some very prepared buyers meant the sale went through in a few short weeks.
