Cadburys Easter Cottage - Keeping you busy this Easter!

Cadburys Easter Cottage - Keeping you busy this Easter!

Usually released at Christmas, the kit – which contains all the sections of a little house made from chocolate – quickly sells out. But this one includes Mini Eggs for decorations and the roof is made from the Dairy Milk spring bar, featuring tiny white chocolate bunnies!

With Easter being here, we have got a good feeling about it! Easter eggs are, of course, one of the best things about Easter but we have come across something that may actually be better than an Easter egg.

Cadbury has launched an Easter Cottage Kit, and it’s just about the cutest thing we’ve ever seen.
The cottage is like the Christmas Cottage but with a springy flourish. And it promises to keep little ones (and big ones…) busy for hours, as you have you assemble it yourself. And eat it yourself…

According to the Cadbury website, it’s “a deliciously fun gift to make your own Easter Cadbury Dairy Milk chocolate cottage. A great novelty house shaped gift box which includes all the chocolate components to construct your chocolate cottage!

Have a go and send us your photographs!

Have a lovely Easter everyone,

Take care,

The Alexanders Team.

One of the most common questions we hear from clients is: “Should I sell my current home before buying my next one, or buy first?” There isn’t a one-size-fits-all answer—each approach has benefits and risks. Understanding your options can help you make the decision that suits your circumstances.

As we move out of winter and into early spring, many homeowners start asking the same question: Is now a good time to sell Traditionally, spring has been one of the busiest times of year for the property market.

As we move through the start of 2026, many buyers are not yet making visible moves—but behind the scenes, planning is quietly underway. This early preparation is often what puts buyers in the strongest position when the right property appears.

As we move toward 2026, the property market is set to evolve in ways that will influence how quickly homes sell, what buyers prioritise, and how sellers can best position their properties. While no forecast can be exact, current trends, economic indicators and buyer behaviour provide strong clues about what the next year may hold.
