Seafront Rooms for Aberystwyth Students from £99 a week!

Our Victorian buildings fit the bill! We now offer brand new furnishings such as queen sized beds, ample storage, rooms ALL have their very own ensuite and ALL bills are included. And that isn't all, we have brand new smart TV's in the communal areas and super fast WIFI.

We have recently collaborated with Pobl Group who invest in homes and develop the new, affordable homes Wales needs.

Where is Clarendon located?
Situated just a stone’s throw away from shops, bars and restaurants, Clarendon is conveniently located and still within walking distance of the campus and as it’s directly on the seafront, many of the rooms enjoy spectacular views! Refurbished to a high standard, we have given Clarendon a makeover. Not only does it offer sea views but it now offers brand new furnishings such as queen sized beds, ample storage and all rooms have their very own ensuite. Clarendon is located along Aberystwyth seafront just up from the local pub The Glengower.

What is included in the communal areas?
The communal areas are equipped with brand new smart TV’s for you to enjoy after lectures. Additionally the building provides super-fast WiFi to keep you up to date with your studying. Adding to the benefits there is also an on site laundrette, maintenance operatives with on-call service, fob system access control for safety and for those of you with bikes, there are bike racks available.

What is included in the rent?
As a student, there can be nothing more stressful than sorting through rent and bills, especially when you’ve got 100 other things that you’d rather be doing. Well, great news, Clarendon has new flexible contracts and your WiFi, electric, gas and water bills are ALL included. Our terms are flexible and there’s no need to worry about relentless room inspections. We respect your privacy, but we’re always on-hand to help if you have any issues.
